Whether or not we ride it out bored and unfulfilled or do something that makes us feel alive is our choice. How about getting excited now and even a little bit scared? You deserve to treat yourself to a life less ordinary and set yourself a challenge that makes you feel great. How do you want to feel at the end of 2017? Like you've accomplished something, amazing, elated, empowered?
Personally, I’m going to make this year count by writing my first book and buying tickets for a long trip to southern California. How about you? What do YOU really want? To hit your weight loss target, to sing, something else? How far along could you be with this by the end of the year? I'm guessing you could achieve all or most of your goal if you REALLY want to. All you need is to decide exactly what you want, prioritize it and ask yourself, ‘If I HAD to get this done, what would I do?’
