...by answering these 4 simple questions.
1. What's your big exciting health goal?
If your goal bores you, make it bigger, make it better. You could choose to get back to the weight you were at 25 years old or run a marathon /10K. If you need some help choosing something great, read Make 2017 Count.
2. Where are you at now?
What's going well? What's not going well? How far have you got? What do you still need to do? Maybe you eat healthy meals but eat unhealthy snacks or you are pretty fit but can't run very far.
3. What could you commit to in the next 12 weeks?
Now it's tangible. It's still gonna be hard work but this is a manageable step. You could lose your first 10lb or complete a couch to 5k run/walk program.
4. What are you going to do this week?
This is when it gets real and you actually commit to action e.g. stock up on and stick to healthy snacks or download a couch to 5k app and do the first 3 workouts.
