WHAT IS IT?

12 Weeks to Fit & Fabulous is a personal training program for women that helps you get gorgeous toned muscles and lose fat while keeping you looking and feeling young.

Workout like a boss at home with full body toning workouts that help you lose weight and keep it off permanently.

It's a priceless collaboration between you and I to make sure you get the results you want.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

You'll workout 2 times a week (3 if you want to fast track) using whatever equipment you have at home or no equipment at all!​
Includes 24 x 60 minute 1:1 workouts via video call.
