These 3 simple movements will loosen your back up for you.
Here's the thing. The back needs to move to stay healthy... and we tend to sit, stand and even lie with our backs in the same position all the time.
So what we need to do is allow it to move into each of the directions it's supposed to go in. There's only 6, and 4 of those are left and right side versions of the same thing!
These movements are great to do in the morning if you feel stiff or last thing at night to reset.
They are just the first step though. Once you are no longer stiff the next step is to strengthen the muscles in your torso.
