​Hi, I’m Clara Depont,

A Certified Personal Trainer with 20+ years of coaching experience (8 in health & fitness). I help women 30-50 stop the overeating cycle so they can rock their favorite jeans again without counting calories or excessive exercise.

I used to believe that willpower was the problem. That if I could just follow the plan perfectly, I’d finally feel in control. But over the years, I’ve learned that real change doesn’t come from an all or nothing approach, it comes from small changes on a daily basis.

That’s why I created this nightly reset—for women who want to feel confident making the food changes they want, one step at a time.
