8-Week Personalized Workout Plan (to do in between 1:1 sessions)

Your custom workout plan comes with video demos inside easy-to-use interactive forms, built around your schedule, fitness level, and what you’ll actually do. After each workout, you’ll check in so I can see how it went, make adjustments, and keep you accountable.​

Daily Accountability Check-Ins

I'm Clara Depont

A Certified Personal Trainer with 20+ years of coaching experience (16 in personal  development, 8 in health and fitness), I help women break the overeating cycle and start working out consistently, so they can finally feel good in their bodies (and their favorite jeans again).

I know what it’s like to feel stuck in the all-or-nothing loop. For years, I thought willpower was the answer, that if I could just follow the plan perfectly, I’d finally feel in control. But real change didn’t come from more discipline. It came from small, doable shifts that actually stuck.

That’s what I teach now: how to take back control without the pressure of perfection. I love making my clients laugh, feel seen, and most importantly, feel confident creating changes that fit real life.

❓What if I’ve already tried everything?
I understand, many of my clients felt the same way before they started. CONSISTENCY isn’t another rigid plan or quick fix. It’s built around you and what ACTUALLY works for your life. The difference is the daily support, mindset tools, and realistic approach that helps change finally stick.

❓How do online workouts work?
We meet live via Google Meet or Messenger, and I guide you through a workout just like I would in person. You’ll also get your own custom home workout plan, with video demos, to use between sessions.

❓What if I fall off track?
I expect real life to happen, and we plan for it. When things get messy, we don’t throw in the towel. We pivot and you keep moving forward. No more “starting over.”

❓What space and equipment do I need?
Just enough room for a mat. Equipment is totally optional, I design workouts based on what you have.

❓I’m not sure I can stay motivated…
You don’t need constant motivation, you need a system that supports you even when motivation is low. That’s what daily check-ins, live support, and realistic planning are for.

❓Can I really get results with minimal gear?
Yes. I design workouts that are simple, effective, and tailored to your space and equipment. even if that’s just your body-weight.

❓Do I have to track food or count calories?
Nope. This isn’t about obsessing over numbers. We focus on simple strategies that stop you getting overly hungry and overeating for example.
