Life happens. Perfection isn't required. I keep the daily check-ins doable even after a chaotic day, and every time you check in, it gets a little easier. If you miss some? You'll be fine.

What if I can't do the workouts you give me?
Before I write your program, you'll tell me where you're starting from. Inside each workout form, there's space to let me know how it's going and ask questions. If something doesn't feel right, I'll swap it out or adjust it so it works for your body.

What happens after 30 days?
You can renew for another month (or lock in 3 months at the same intro rate) so you can keep building momentum and really start seeing results. Most women don't want to stop after 30 days, they're just getting started.

I'm Clara Depont

A Certified Personal Trainer with 20+ years of coaching experience (including 16 in personal development, 8 in health and fitness), I help women break the overeating cycle and start working out consistently, so they can finally feel good in their bodies (and their favorite jeans again).

I know what it’s like to feel stuck in the all-or-nothing loop. For years, I thought willpower was the answer, that if I could just follow the plan perfectly, I’d finally feel in control. But real change didn’t come from more discipline. It came from small, doable shifts that actually stuck.

That’s what I teach now: how to take back control without the pressure of perfection. I love making my clients laugh, feel seen, and most importantly, feel confident creating changes that fit real life.
