What if I miss sessions?
Life happens. You can reschedule in advance a couple of times and last minute once, and your CONSISTENCY program keeps you moving forward between sessions.
Do I have to follow a strict meal plan?
Nope. We build your eating habits together based on what you'll actually do, not what sounds good on paper.
What happens after 12 weeks?
Most women don't want to stop - they're just getting started. You can continue with personal training or keep going with CONSISTENCY to maintain your momentum.
