❓How does online training work?
It's the same as in person training. We work together for an hour twice a week via Google Meet or Facebook messenger.
❓What space is required for the workouts?
All you need is a space for a mat! No fancy home gym required.
❓Is specific equipment or clothing type necessary?
A mat is key, but other equipment is optional. I'll customize your workouts based on what you have. A few items can be helpful but not essential to start. Wear clothes you can move freely in, and don't worry about fancy outfits. Barefoot or grippy socks are both great.
❓Can I achieve a good workout with minimal equipment?
Absolutely! I design workouts that pack a punch without needing a ton of stuff.
