Learn how to prevent overeating before it happens. You'll identify your triggers and create simple, satisfying strategies to stay in control—without deprivation.

🧠 MINDSET

It’s hard to stick to anything when we’re feeling negative—so I help you stay positive. We celebrate small wins, set progress-based goals, and tackle those subconscious beliefs that might be sabotaging your progress so they stop running the show.

🏃‍♀️ MOVEMENT ​

I create unique workouts for you that optimize your body for fat loss, tone and a strong core. Between workouts, you choose how to stay active—whether that’s walking, yoga, gardening, or something else you enjoy.

FAQs

❓What if I’ve already tried everything?
I hear you—many of my clients felt the same way before they started. The 3M Method isn’t another rigid plan or quick fix. It’s built around you and what ACTUALLy works for your life. The difference is the daily support, mindset coaching, and realistic approach that helps change finally stick.​
❓How do online workouts work?
We meet live via Google Meet or Messenger, and I guide you through a workout just like I would in person. You’ll also get your own custom home workout plan—with video demos—to use between sessions.
❓What if I fall off track?
I expect real life to happen—and we plan for it. When things get messy, we don’t throw in the towel. We adjust together, and you keep moving forward. No more “starting over.”
❓What space and equipment do I need?
Just enough room for a mat. Equipment is totally optional—I’ll design your workouts based on what you have.
❓I’m not sure I can stay motivated for 12 weeks…
You don’t need constant motivation—you need a system that supports you even when motivation is low. That’s what daily check-ins, live support, and realistic planning are for.
❓Can I really get results with minimal gear?
Yes. I design workouts that are simple, effective, and tailored to your space and equipment—even if that’s just your bodyweight.
❓Do I have to track food or count calories?
Nope. This isn’t about obsessing over numbers. We focus on simple strategies that help you eat in a way that feels satisfying and sustainable—without tracking every bite.
