Every workout is built around your body and your goals. Not a plan that was clearly written for someone half your age and twice your fitness level! I guide you through each movement so it's effective, safe, and something you can actually do. Every session targets whatever you care about most: building strength, protecting your bones and joints, improving mobility, or just feeling more like yourself in your body. We'll get your workout habit locked in so you don't have to think about it anymore.
You know exercise is important, but figuring out what to do (and whether it's actually working) feels overwhelming.

​How can I just feel a bit more toned? What do I have to do now so I don't lose energy and get hunched over as I age? Am I doing enough to balance out desk work? And what about my pelvic floor!?

That's why I offer 1:1 personal training sessions that work with your unique body and goals. I aim to make exercise something you actually do consistently and enjoy, not another item on the to-do list that never gets checked off.

Each 60-minute session gives us time to work on getting a fitter, more resilient body while also addressing anything else you want to focus on, like pelvic floor work, balance, mobility, or a specific strength goal. So you can have peace of mind.

I'm Clara Depont

with 20+ years of coaching experience in education, positive psychology and personal training. I work exclusively with women to help them show up for themselves, look after their bodies, and take fitness off their mental load for good.

I love making my clients laugh, feel seen, and most importantly, feel confident. You’ll feel supported, guided, and motivated every step of the way.

When I'm not with clients, I enjoy solo travel, long walks in the forest, and yes, I really did sing in rock bands and teach voice for 20 years. 🎤
