❓ What space is required for the workouts? All you really need is enough room for a workout mat—anything beyond that is a bonus!
❓ Is specific equipment or clothing type necessary? A mat is essential, but additional equipment is optional. I'll tailor workouts based on what you have at home. Eventually, I recommend a Swiss ball and 2-3 sets of dumbbells. Come as you are in clothing you can move freely in, I'll let you know if you need to tuck something in so I can see your form better. You can be barefoot or wear grippy socks.
❓ Can I achieve a good workout with minimal equipment? Absolutely! Consider the challenge of a simple push-up - it's a testament to the effectiveness of minimal equipment workouts (don't worry we don't spend all our time doing push ups)!
